How can I apply for VLE(Suvidha Kendra)?

Click on registration link at top of the site.
Fill all details with passport size photo.
Submit the filled form.
You will recieve a mail regarding registration request.
Customer care person will contact you and will activate VLE.

How do I change my password?

After you have logged in, you can change your password using the "Change password" option in the top-right part of the screen. You have to type your current password and the new password you have chosen in their respective boxes.

How do I recover my password?

Click on login button at top-right corner of site.
On the login page click forgot password link.
Type your registered email Id then submit.
You will recieve a mail with new password at given email Id.

What are the various mode of payment accepted here

You can make payment Via Cash or Bank transfer.
